  • Built a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing an AI customer support agent that operates inside merchants' Instagram and Facebook DMs, replying instantly in Egyptian Arabic.
  • Architected the system using Clean Architecture on .NET Aspire (.NET 9), with an Angular 20 frontend for the merchant dashboard.
  • Implemented a RAG pipeline using a PostgreSQL pgvector database to ground AI responses in each merchant's live Shopify catalog, ensuring multi-tenant data isolation.
  • Integrated Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o) to generate natural Egyptian Arabic responses and enable automated actions like order tracking and Cash-on-Delivery order placement via the Shopify API.
  • Developed the merchant-facing Angular dashboard, including an "Agent Playground" for testing AI responses against live catalog data before deployment.
